About Our Glam Booth, Quick Answers

What is the “Glam” look?
A subtle skin-smoothing filter for a polished, celebrity-style finish in black-and-white or soft color, never over-edited.

Can guests pick B&W or color?
Yes. Set one look for the event or let guests choose on-screen.

How much space & power do you need?
Ideal 8′×8′ (minimum 6′×6′) and one 110V outlet within 25 ft.

Do you need Wi-Fi?
Recommended for instant sending. If not available, shares queue offline and your gallery sends afterward.

What’s included with service?
Clean, open-air setup, sanitized props, custom overlay/template, friendly on-site host, and a private online gallery.

Are you insured?
Yes. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) and list your venue.

Where do you travel?
Canfield, Youngstown, Pittsburgh & Cleveland (NE Ohio & Western PA). Ask about extended travel.

Booking & Payments

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have a venue/date, popular weekends fill quickly.

What payment types do you accept?
Card/invoice; business checks for corporate. (Overtime can be paid day-of.)

Can we reschedule or cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to an available date.

Any travel or parking fees?
Local travel is included; parking/valet or long-distance travel billed at cost.


Setup & Requirements


When do you arrive and how long is setup?
About 1 hour early; setup 45–60 min. Breakdown ~30 min.

Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, a flat covered area with nearby power, severe weather may pause service.

Is the booth accessible?
Yes, open-air design is wheelchair-friendly and great for groups.

Load-in details?
Elevators, loading docks, or long walks are fine, just let us know.

How many people fit in a shot?
Typically, 6–8 (more with a wide backdrop).

Props or no props?
Your call, glam looks great props-free or with a minimal set.

Can you match our theme or brand?
Yes, custom overlays/templates, start screens, and event hashtags.

When do we receive the gallery?
Usually within 1–2 business days via private link.

Can we get high-resolution files?
Yes, high-res digital files are included. (RAW files not standard.)

Corporate & Brand Events — Can you capture leads or run surveys?
Yes, opt-in lead capture/surveys with post-event CSV export.

How much branding is possible?
Logo overlays, branded backdrops/step-and-repeat, green screen, and full booth wraps.
